Airline tickets
Airline tickets follow the fare rules set by the operating carrier (PIA, Saudia, Airblue, flynas, etc.). Refundability, change fees and no-show penalties are governed by the airline and are outside Imkaan Travels' control. We share the applicable fare rules in writing before you confirm a ticket.
Saudi Umrah visas
Visa fees paid to the Saudi authorities are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected or the trip is cancelled.
Hotels and ground services
Hotel and transport cancellation charges depend on the supplier and the notice period. Typical ranges are:
- More than 21 days before travel: partial refund possible, subject to supplier terms.
- 7–21 days before travel: partial cancellation charge usually applies.
- Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: little to no refund is possible.
Agency service charges
Imkaan Travels' service fee for arranging your package is non-refundable once we have started processing the booking (issuing tickets, submitting the visa, or blocking rooms).
How to request a change or cancellation
Send us a written request on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will confirm the exact refund or change charges in writing before making any changes, so you can decide with full information.
Refund timelines
Where a refund is due, we typically process it within 15–30 working days once the airline, hotel and visa authority release the funds to us. Bank transfer charges are deducted from the refunded amount.
